Managing Home Care through COVID-19

The COVID-19 pandemic and public health measures caused serious consequences for multiple population segments, including people in need of care and their families.

And as world is facing the new challenging circumstances with unified front, we at Regency Home Health Care made our goal to allocate our best resources to accordingly respond the changing Environment. We had implemented a plan of actions that manages COVID-19 risks for our care recipients.

As part of COVID-19 protection policy our entire staff has undergone a full vaccination. Furthermore, as a compulsory measure all the visiting medical staff is masked and follows strict regalement of sanitization. Finally, our team makes their best effort to communicate in remote setting with our patients and their families. That includes organizing the visits through means of distance communication, such as phone consultation, video conferences, as well as text messages. We also founded a system of 24/7 phone support if our care is needed in any given time.
